چکیده
Early childhood education is a critical period of rapid, cognitive and psychosocial development child. The quality received by child at this important age determines to large extent the level his or her physical, social development. In Zanzibar, pre-primary school (PPE) an aspect two years compulsory basic provided children attained four five age. intention increase access in Islands. This paper explores educational stakeholder’s perceptions on provision PPE Zanzibar. study employed qualitative methodology case design where only among other levels was involved. A total number 22 participants participated 07 were teachers, 04 head 05 assurance officer from Ministry Education 06 parents. Data generated using focus group discussion, semi structured interviews as well documentary review. results revealed varied stakeholders which influenced qualification participants, awareness, involvement, cost incurred, experience expectations PPE. concludes that success result parental involvement partnership with teachers. That argue interactions between parents teachers introduction teaching/learning resources facilities schools are unavoidable for better
